A municipal town has authority granted under C.R.S. 31-15-101, et seq. to enact regulations that promote the health, safety, and welfare, and improve order, comfort, and convenience of the municipality and inhabitants thereof. This authority is practiced through administrative, legislative, and quasi-judicial powers.

 

You are invited to provide —by constructive criticism and suggested alternatives— the top three items in each category that you believe the Town of Pitkin should be aware of and seek to improve upon.
